With all the crazy lump stuff going on in my head (which I’m sure is FINE, just brain going a bit monkey crackers) I’m not feeling too chatty tonight so I’m going to just get right into the food.
Breakfast: Warm water with lemon on waking. Followed by 1/2 avocado mashed with lemon and pepper on my ancient grains oat sourdough slice and a boiled egg. This might become one of my all time favourite brekkies actually!
Snack: Wasn’t that hungry but forced in a pear as wanted to have the fruit.
Lunch: I had a friend over for lunch and I made us Spiced Moroccan Lentil Soup. It is sooooooooo tasty. I love it. She bought me a plant! Just because. Such a sweetheart. I also love that.
Snack: A piece of my Raw Salted Caramel Chocolate – total comfort eating but was happy with just 1. So strange.
Dinner: Last serve of that Creamy Chicken and Cauliflower Rice Soup

I am honestly so full and just not in the mood for eating anymore today. Interestingly I’m not even craving sitting down with comfort food and I think the hard yards I’ve put into healthy eating this last week are to thank for that. In fact, that is pretty awesome actually, that I’m a wee bit stressed and I’m not reaching for the food. I’m not saying that I am resisting, I am saying there is no desire for the shitty stuff at all. How awesome is that? What a reward. And so soon!
